Terms of Use for Breadth App

This document constitutes the Terms of Use for Breadth App, an authentication and authorization managed service provided by Breadth Software Inc. By using Breadth App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, collectively referred to as "this Agreement." If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Breadth App service.

License and Ownership

License: Breadth App is a licensed service. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Breadth App in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and the selected plan. The source code and underlying technology of Breadth App are proprietary and confidential to Breadth Software Inc.
Ownership: Breadth App is owned and copyrighted by Breadth Software Inc. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Breadth Software Inc.

Use of Breadth App

Restrictions: You agree not to use Breadth App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disrupt the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Breadth App or any system or network connected to Breadth App.
Your Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any data or content that you upload or transmit to or through Breadth App. Breadth Software Inc. will treat such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Subscription and Termination

Subscription: Breadth App is a paid service, and you can choose from different subscription plans, including a free plan with limited features and resources. By subscribing to Breadth App, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as per the chosen plan.
Termination: This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and Breadth Software Inc. may terminate your access to Breadth App if you violate any terms of this Agreement or fail to pay the required fees.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement or your subscription, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of Breadth App.
Refund Policy: All sales are final with a no refund policy. You may cancel at any time. If you are charged for the month or year, your subscription will last until the end of your respectively paid period.

Customer Support

Breadth Software Inc. will provide customer support for Breadth App based on the subscription plan you have chosen. Customer support may be available via email or ticket, depending on your plan. Breadth Software Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Account Security and Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Breadth App account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Breadth Software Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use Breadth App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the activities conducted under your account and any content or data uploaded to the service.

Acceptable Use Policy

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding Breadth App may be used by Breadth Software Inc. without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

Modifications to the Agreement

Breadth Software Inc. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Breadth App website. Your continued use of Breadth App after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Breadth Software Inc. is registered. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Breadth Software Inc. regarding the use of Breadth App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
